With no dedicated Master Suite in the existing house but ample space available over the single-story garage, this addition now maximizes the footprint of the residence. Additional updates to the Kitchen, Living Room, and Front Porch were undertaken simultaneously, while plans for further enhancements were made with a second phase of construction envisioned for the near future.
